Real Time Heart-Based living
So what is Real Time Heart-Based (RTHB) Living?
RTHB living is based on the fundamental view, that living as you, your whole authentic self, you can find happiness, peace, and wellbeing for yourself, others and the environment around you (planet), what we call SOE.
In the world we live in however, we find it easier to fit in to how others want us to be which has left us further from our true self and feeling disconnected in many ways.
In these Real Time Heart-based living podcasts, we chat with people about what they are facing, and through this conversation, share perspectives and heart based tools that may trigger another way of seeing and doing things.
Listen out for ‘markers’ that give signs that you may be overrun by your mind's conditioning, and how it may differ with a heart-based approach.
We'd love to talk with you about your own personal challenge that may offer you something you have not explored previously.
Contact us, via our website, with details of your own challenge or concern, and we will contact you to arrange a time for the podcast.
Our sincere warm regards,
Tricia and Nigel

The power of accumulation and consistency
Tricia and Nigel explore the concept of accumulation and how consistency with contributions (whether positive or negative) can have a big impact on outcomes. It is looking at efforts not only over a day, but over the long term. For example the concept of saving money. If on more days you consistently save, you are likely to accumulate extra savings. If on more days you spend more than you save, you are like to accumulate more debt.
The same principle applies to your life in areas that are less visible such as your health and wellbeing. While we may not see the impact of harmful things you do with your heart, mind, body and spirit, the body does keep the score, so in some way, at some time, the effects will be felt or arrive in some way. Unfortunately we do not know the limits, thresholds or tipping points that will break us or affect our ability to function and enjoy our life.
We hope there is something in this that may support you with contributing to your life.
