Real Time Heart-Based living
So what is Real Time Heart-Based (RTHB) Living?
RTHB living is based on the fundamental view, that living as you, your whole authentic self, you can find happiness, peace, and wellbeing for yourself, others and the environment around you (planet), what we call SOE.
In the world we live in however, we find it easier to fit in to how others want us to be which has left us further from our true self and feeling disconnected in many ways.
In these Real Time Heart-based living podcasts, we chat with people about what they are facing, and through this conversation, share perspectives and heart based tools that may trigger another way of seeing and doing things.
Listen out for ‘markers’ that give signs that you may be overrun by your mind's conditioning, and how it may differ with a heart-based approach.
We'd love to talk with you about your own personal challenge that may offer you something you have not explored previously.
Contact us, via our website, with details of your own challenge or concern, and we will contact you to arrange a time for the podcast.
Our sincere warm regards,
Tricia and Nigel
Real Time Heart-Based living
Heart based living and 'hope'
Having hope can feel difficult when so many challenging things are at the forefront in these times. With heart based living, we see it is important to experience and express your true emotions, hence we see having hope is not trying to feel happy or hopeful when that is not the experience.
So how does hope genuinely arrive?
We chat about the value of exploring what is genuinely there to be hopeful about. We see there are many wonderful changes emerging, bringing hope for a better future, so keeping an eye on them can be helpful. Feel free to share what you are seeing that is pathing the way for hope in the future.
We also look at the power of small steps and actions that bring positive feelings that better create a hopeful environment. This and the power of small steps by many.
Where are you in the area of hope and what would you like to share in terms of supporting others with hope in these challenging times?
