How do we live from the heart?
Part of that is about being able to freely express what is in your heart. So how do we do that, without falling into patterns that takes us away from bringing care to ourselves and others?
In this chat, we look at noticing the difference with expression and the repetitive unhelpful and often negative narratives, we tend to stay in.
Noticing, may be another step in moving away from unhelpful practices and moving towards more helpful ones.
